Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Onboarding Specialist to
promote and educate patients on medication management
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct health and medication reviews with patients and collect key
health information
Ensure accurate data entry of prescription information and achieve
key performance metrics
Manage patient assessments, maintain records, and support the
Clinical Services team
Required Qualifications
Certified Pharmacy Technician is preferred
Home Internet with at least 15 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload
Availability to work Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8 PM
EST and one Saturday each month
Must have been in the current role for at least 6 months
Completion of training sessions and active participation in
assessments required
