Job Description:
A company is looking for a PAP Specialist responsible for
managing patient equipment and compliance in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and
provide usage instructions
Prepare and submit audit paperwork for Medicare and insurance
claims to ensure compliance
Monitor and manage clients on Positive Airway Pressure devices,
encouraging compliance with the program
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative,
financial, or insurance customer services
Two years of work-related experience required for senior level,
with one year of exact job experience
Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home
medical supplies environment preferred
