A company is looking for a GTM Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for go-to-market
roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and
candidate profiles
Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a strong talent
pipeline
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a tech or startup
environment
Strong understanding of go-to-market functions and roles
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment
tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
