Job Description:
A company is looking for a Capture Manager to lead the
acquisition process for complex and strategic business
opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the capture functions to win assigned opportunities within
DoD, DHS, and DISA
Develop and implement capture plans, including team identification
and proposal strategy execution
Conduct analysis of competitors and prepare recommendations for the
leadership team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred in business, government, or information
technology (or 4 additional years of relevant experience)
Minimum 8+ years of experience in capturing and closing DoD, DHS,
and DISA business
Experience in closing single-award deals over $10M+ annually
Established relationships with domestic customers and knowledge of
US government procurement practices
Thorough knowledge of the business development lifecycle and the
Shipley method
