experience in similar roles within a dealership or dealership
group. A track record of maximizing sales team profitability and
market share. The ability to inspire sales teams by setting
individual and team performance benchmarks. Expertise in managing
and maintaining sales department budgets. Strong negotiation,
closing, and marketing skills that positively impact sales. A
commitment to delivering world-class customer experiences,
responsiveness, and follow-up. Required Experience: Management: 1

& Responsibilities: Recruiting & Selection: Identify sources for
sales staff recruitment. Conduct interviews, pre-employment
screenings, and reference checks. Select candidates who meet
production and customer service standards and maintain staffing
levels (14-16). Orientation & Training: Onboard new hires, set
expectations, and provide necessary resources (office setup,
voicemail, etc.). Lead ongoing training sessions, focusing on sales
procedures, product knowledge, prospecting, and overcoming
objections. Schedule sales teams equitably and conduct regular
sales meetings. Sales Production: Meet or exceed volume, gross, and
customer satisfaction targets based on budget forecasts. Implement
plans to achieve sales goals, ensuring proper guest follow-up and
adherence to sales procedures. Coach the team on time management to
maximize efficiency, reviewing daily planners to ensure follow-up
targets are met. Supervision & Motivation: Develop future leaders
through job growth and performance management. Provide feedback and
counseling to sales staff, maintaining a positive working
relationship across departments. Serve as a role model, ensuring
fair treatment and no favoritism. Administration: Ensure inventory
is well-organized and presentable, with regular lot reorganization.
Manage vehicle demos, inventory cleanliness, and ad unit readiness.
Maintain a clean and organized facility and ensure procedural
consistency. Qualifications: To succeed in this role, candidates
