Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory
practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling
appointments
Document and relay patient information according to Practice
guidelines, ensuring timely resolution of patient issues
Utilize computerized scheduling systems and provide detailed
appointment confirmations and instructions to patients
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy
Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
applications
Comfortable using various communication tools such as phone, email,
and online chats
Effective interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of
professionals
