Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Telesales Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Support inbound and outbound call campaigns, educating prospective
and current members about products and assisting with enrollment
applications
Establish rapport with prospective members, assessing their needs
and offering solutions to convert them into customers
Assist current members in evaluating their coverage and making
appropriate plan changes while meeting sales quotas and
productivity goals
Required Qualifications
Possession of a valid/current state health insurance license and
maintenance of required Continuing Education Credits
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required by business
needs
Proficiency in computer operations and ability to navigate multiple
systems simultaneously
Demonstrated commitment to compliance, ethical conduct, and goal
achievement
At least 3 months - 1 year of experience in telesales or
teleservice is preferred
