Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Relations Consultant to
support a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with managers to address and resolve employee concerns and
conflicts
Conduct impartial investigations into workplace complaints and
document findings
Educate managers on policies and promote consistent application of
workplace practices
Required Qualifications
5+ years of employee relations and HR experience with increasing
responsibility
Experience conducting investigations and advising on policy
compliance
Strong knowledge of employment law and conflict resolution
principles
Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills
Legal authorization to work in the United States without
sponsorship
