Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Operations Technician to provide
Tier 1 support in a 24x7 enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor IBM I-Series and Z-Series production environments and
respond to system messages
Process batch cycles and execute batch restarts according to
established procedures
Create tickets from alert messages and collaborate with clients and
business units to meet established SLAs
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with JCL and IBM Mainframe consoles
Experience with ITIL ticket systems, BMC Remedy, and/or
ServiceNow
Experience in IT support-oriented environments with established
SLAs
Associate's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, or
equivalent combination of education and experience
