Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Relationship Consultant,
Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of customers
throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize satisfaction and
retention
Manage ongoing operations meetings to address critical topics,
projects, and customer needs
Drive annual open enrollment success by developing actionable steps
and coordinating resources
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or
related roles
Industry knowledge in Insurance, Benefits Administration, SaaS, or
Healthcare preferred
Experience managing a complex portfolio of customers
High school diploma or GED required; related B.A. or B.S. degree
preferred
Ability to develop strategies that drive success through delivering
value to customers
