Job Description:
A company is looking for a Computing Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical deployment by imaging machines and installing,
configuring, and deploying hardware and software to end-users
Offer triage support by gathering information and attempting to
resolve technical issues
Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in a
ticketing system
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Experience with mobile device operating systems, including iOS and
Android
Certifications related to end-user technology and support
operations are a plus
Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems
Continuous learning mindset with a desire to enhance technical
skills
