Job Description:
A company is looking for a UKG Pro WFM Business Analyst for a
remote implementation project.
Key Responsibilities
Provide analytical and operational support for the UKG Pro WFM
platform
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to configure and
optimize system functionality
Ensure data integrity and support workforce planning
initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related
field, or 3+ years related UKG Pro WFM experience
2-4 years of experience implementing UKG Pro WFM with hands-on
configuration and optimization
Ability to troubleshoot in-depth application issues
Strong understanding of UKG Pro WFM workflow
