Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from various
stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement
information systems solutions
Define and document system specifications, including user interface
requirements and functional specifications
Required Qualifications and Experience
9-10+ years of experience as a senior business analyst in complex
environments, particularly in telecommunications
Proven ability to translate ambiguous business needs into concrete
functional requirements
In-depth experience with BSS and ERP system implementation
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office tools
Experience working in cross-functional technical teams
