Job Description:

A global architecture and design firm is seeking a talented architect with extensive healthcare experience to join their team in Los Angeles and head up their healthcare design portfolio. This is a Principal track position and would suit someone looking to take their career to the next level and drive meaningful change in healthcare architecture.Responsibilities:

Spearhead planning, design, and execution of healthcare projects, ensuring excellence in delivery. Efficiently manage large, intricate projects by developing comprehensive scopes, budgets, and schedules, while actively overseeing client needs. Lead internal and external strategy discussions and design meetings, serving as the primary liaison with clients. Identify and pursue business development opportunities, actively engaging in marketing activities, proposal development and negotiations. Champion the firms values of inclusivity, curiosity, and social responsibility, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.Skills and Experience:

Professional licensure in California. Extensive experience in healthcare project management. Deep expertise in healthcare projects, with a focus on creating innovative and impactful solutions. Local market knowledge in California desired. LEED and NCARB preferred.
