Job Description:
A company is looking for an Arbitration Supervisor to provide
leadership and oversight for the arbitration department.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor arbitration deadlines and delegate work assignments
Review briefs for Level One approval and manage team
performance
Facilitate training for new employees and resolve escalations from
various stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma required; associate degree in business
administration or health-related field preferred
3-5 years of related experience, including at least one year in
anesthesia billing/posting/coding
Preferred one year of supervisory or team lead experience
Knowledge of arbitration processes and applicable state and federal
requirements
Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
