Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vendor Governance Specialist who will
support merger and acquisition vendor transitions and collaborate
with various business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and support vendor transitions during merger and
acquisition projects
Establish partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure
effective vendor management
Review vendor contracts and communicate summaries to relevant
business teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
3+ years of vendor management experience
Ability to read and understand contracts
Merger and acquisition experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
