A company is looking for a Sr. Mortgage Loan Processor.
Key Responsibilities
Perform initial appraisal of potential borrowers and assess credit
standings
Coordinate all aspects of submission to underwriting and ensure
compliance with regulations
Provide status updates to loan officers and clients, and maintain
documentation accuracy
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience processing conventional, VA, and FHA
loans
Comprehension of direct/indirect lending procedures
In-depth understanding of relevant rules and regulations
Post TRID knowledge required
Strong organizational skills
