Job Description:
A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact, managing incoming call phone
queue
Handle a high volume of referrals and schedule patient appointments
accurately
Communicate with patients and physicians to address inquiries and
collaborate with team members
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED required
Basic office and customer service skills
Full Time availability required
Local to San Antonio, TX, and able to attend 30 days of in-person
training
Previous experience in a similar role required (Medical front desk,
Medical admin)
