Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor - Benefits Verification to
oversee the Benefits Verification Department and ensure patient
benefits are verified according to company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise staff in the Benefits Verification Department and ensure
exceptional customer service
Analyze call/performance statistics and daily workflow to meet
production and quality goals
Evaluate team progress, provide coaching, and manage hiring and
departmental projects
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in medical insurance benefits
verification
High School Diploma or GED required
1+ years of supervisory experience in a related environment
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or Healthcare
preferred
Specialty pharmacy experience is a plus
