Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cloud Operations Specialist to manage
and operate their Hybrid Computing Environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with IT staff to support, maintain, and optimize
systems
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware,
software, and security-related issues
Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to
ensure reliability and availability
Required Qualifications
High School diploma with 5 years of relevant experience
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public
Trust Government Security Clearance
Help desk or service desk experience in troubleshooting and
supporting IT systems
Hands-on experience with software tools such as ServiceNow,
SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
