Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Closer III to manage
loan documentation and funding processes.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with bank and regulatory requirements for loan
files and documents
Prepare and verify loan documents and information accurately within
established timeframes
Collaborate with Settlement Agents and complete a minimum of 8
files per day
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 3 years recent closing/funding experience
Basic computer experience (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel,
Outlook)
Knowledge of federal/state regulatory policies and procedures (TRID
experience required)
Ability to maintain performance under stress and meet deadlines
