Job Description:
A company is looking for a Practice Support Central Referrals -
Physician Services - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and customer service support to various
staff, ensuring quality and efficient services
Manage the referral process by communicating with referral sources
and ensuring timely processing of referrals
Maintain databases and files, ensuring confidentiality and
effective communication with the leadership team
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education or 4 years
of experience required
Experience in a healthcare practice setting preferred
Virginia MLTSS (UAI) Certification required and must be maintained
throughout employment
Advanced computer skills with knowledge of various software
programs, including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational skills required
