Job Description:

A company is looking for Virtual Call Center Representatives, requiring evening availability.
Key Responsibilities

Follow up with prospective homeowners regarding home improvement needs
Meet and exceed performance and quality metrics
Log into the dialing system from home using personal computer and internet connection

Required Qualifications

Must be a resident of Arizona
High school diploma or equivalent
35 WPM minimum typing speed
Experience with Windows 10 or greater, including necessary software installations
Able to commit to a fixed schedule
