We are geared up for growth, are you ready to grow with us?Position Summary:The AVB Marketing SEM Specialist serves as the SEM expert for the operations & analytics and the agency team that provides the information for execution. This role works with the internal teams to serve the needs of the client and agency and provides deliverables based on client & operations expectationsand predetermined deadlines. The SEM Specialist is responsible for maintaining ad accounts on different advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Bing, Pinterest), for coaching the client services department as well as the client on best practices for digital campaigns and content, reporting website performance, identifying new digital business opportunities for current campaigns and acting as a resource for the Ops team.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Acts on behalf of the operations & analytics team to oversee the day-to-day performance of digital marketing campaigns and website dataExecutes work orders for digital marketing campaigns and analytics tasksManages job progress and project timing while staying on budget and within scope of workKeeps appraised of client brands, products, services, and marketing best practices as well as industry standards, relevant promotions, and digital media tacticsStrategizes and communicates effectively with the agency team including timely email responses and phone callsResolves or escalates problems and issues arising from advertising strategies, clients and or projects and identifies key learnings/best practices to prevent repeat incidentsProvides & audits performance reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually based on industry trends and agency goalsProofs campaigns structures, ad accounts and reports and reviews with Operations Manager for approval in a timely fashion prior to implementationDefines Benchmarks for Tier 2 clientsCreates Healthcare Checklists and SOP's for default structures and workflowsTests out new advertising and analytics featuresIdentifies digital marketing upsell conversations as well as qualifies leads for management to closeActs as a resource for fellow team membersContributes to refining internal processes regarding improving efficiency and service for membersPerforms other duties as assignedWorks with Google Sheets, Salesforce, Outlook, JIRA, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Power Point) as well aswith various advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, Pinterest, Bing)Reports to Marketing Operations ManagerQualifications:BS or BA in Marketing, technical or other relevant disciplineAt least 2-3 years of PPC marketing, ideally in the Appliance and Furniture industryProficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics & Facebook Business ManagerPassion for analyzing, reporting, and improving ROI of marketing activitiesExperience managing CPA, CPC, and CPM marketing campaignsBe able to have competent conversations about SEO, websites, and social media in layman's termsStrong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and attention to detailInternet and research savvy; strong computer skills; strong familiarity with social media and networking sitesAutonomous, works well under little supervision, takes initiative, and follow through is a mustAbility to work with Google Sheets, Salesforce, JIRA, Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookCurrent and up to date with SEM best practicesHighly self-motivated, highly productive, results-oriented, & positive can-do attitude, analytical, team player, detail-oriented, and organizedExcellent verbal and written communication - including the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management
