Job DescriptionOnsite Representative (Staffing Industry)The Onsite Representative will work at our client's facility to oversee the staffing operation and the primary liaison between our client, our employees and our servicing branch. *This temporary position will be covering a medical leave.What you will do:

• Manage account ranging from 60 to 100+ temporary employees
• Filling Job Orders effectively and successfully while tracking all assignmentsConduct pre-hire/ new orientation and orientation
• Oversee time-keeping clock system requirements for payroll and labor cost
• Payroll processing
• Recruiting - Perform job fairs as needed or create referrals for the site
• Customer Service experience with interacting with clients and employees
• Employee mentoring, motivation, corrective action and Employee counseling
• Safety Meetings/ Inspections Walks / Injury handling matters /Paperwork
• Check in new employees the beginning of each shift
• Attendance, performance and production reporting, PPE compliance
• Interviewing, screening and hiring
• Create active list for account
• Perform other job tasks as assigned overall account needs
• On-call - Client request and orders
• Flexible Work schedule availability - Weekends as needed
• 10:00am-7:00pmQualifications:
  • Strong Organization skills
  • Proficient with Excel and Word (AVIONTE A PLUS) comfortable with a computer
  • Staffing experience 2-3 YEARS Must understand industry and operations concept
  • Must Type 40-45 WPM- Comfortable with using a computer
  • Payroll processing knowledgeable
  • Great Customer Service skillsEducation/Experience:
    • Minimum 2-3 year's experience in this capacity with proven skills#ZIP
