Role Summary: Our machinists set-up and operate a variety of conventional, special purpose machines and machining centers to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts. The machinists are part of a production team who work together to troubleshoot problems and meet demanding deadlines. • High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 7 years of CNC Machining experience setting up and operating machines on Prototype/short runs
• Working knowledge of CNC vertical Lathe machines (VTL)
• Experience with large turning features
• Experienced in G-Code reading and modifications
• Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition
• Provides assistance to other operators as needed on this equipment
• Ability to work overtime, different shifts and/or weekends as needed
