Job Description Job Description Attorney Attorney Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal representation in defense litigation cases, ensuring the best outcomes for our clients through effective advocacy and strategic legal practices. Hybrid schedule available. Key Responsibilities - Represent clients in legal proceedings, including trials and hearings - Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions - Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients - Negotiate settlements - Opportunity for trials and hearings - Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents - Manage case files and maintain accurate records of legal proceedings Qualifications - California licensed attorney - Proven experience in defense litigation - Strong understanding of legal research and case law - Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases - Familiarity with personal injury cases and trial experience is a plus Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K, Bonuses - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
