Job Description Job Description Workers Compensation Attorney Established 22 Years Premier Firm Seeking Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney in California An established firm with over 22 years in practice is seeking a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney with 2-6 years of experience to join their team in a remote work arrangement. This Attorney will have experience in workers' compensation defense litigation, ensuring compliance with California laws and regulations while representing clients in hearings and advisory matters. Offer: $140,000-$200,000, contingent on experience 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Qualifications: The candidate must have a minimum of two to six years of experience in workers' compensation defense. The candidate must be in good standing with the California State Bar and hold an active California Bar license. The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong desire for litigation, and a willingness to learn from experienced professionals. The candidate must be able to travel to WCAB for mandated hearings. Responsibilities: The attorney will represent clients in workers' compensation defense matters, including litigation and hearings. The attorney will maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The attorney will collaborate with team members in a dynamic and technology-driven environment. The attorney will manage a lower case count while providing exceptional service to clients.
