Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Engineer II (COBOL).
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret data to improve processing capabilities and
ensure accuracy
Test systems for new software installations and modifications, and
develop applications using COBOL and related technologies
Provide technical support and collaborate with business units to
enhance processing capabilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in application
software programming, or a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of
experience
Preferred areas of study include Computer Science
Experience with programming languages such as Microsoft .NET,
ASP.NET, and SQL Scripting
Knowledge of System Life Cycle Development methodologies like
Waterfall and Agile
Ability to be on call 24/7 on a rotating basis
