Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Developer to support the
sustainment, modernization, and enhancement of enterprise
applications in a mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end system operations, including incident resolution
and security patching
Stabilize and evolve existing software platforms while enabling
integration into broader enterprise workflows
Collaborate with systems engineers, cybersecurity professionals,
and Agile development teams
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or High School Degree + 6 years of
relevant experience
Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, focusing
on application sustainment and technical troubleshooting
Experience working with legacy systems and proficiency in scripting
and back-end languages such as Java, C#, or Python
Familiarity with traditional relational databases and ability to
respond to production incidents
