Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oracle Application Analyst - HCM
Analytics for a limited tenure position.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain OTBI, BI Publisher, and FDI reports and
dashboards
Partner with business users to define functional and technical
requirements
Translate complex data requirements into meaningful analytics for
HR and leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience,
or a high school diploma with 8 years of relevant experience
Vendor application certification may be required
Previous healthcare experience and knowledge of administrative
systems preferred
Experience with project management, systems analysis, and data
management preferred
Proficient in Oracle Cloud HCM reporting tools is preferred
