Job Title: Member of Technical Staff, InfrastructureLocation: Santa Monica (Remote)Job Type: Full-TimeSalary: $200,000 - $280,000 annuallyJob ID: #141498About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Member of Technical Staff, Infrastructure to design, architect, and manage our cloud infrastructure on AWS. This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of our distributed systems while supporting the organization's rapid growth.As a key contributor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain robust cloud systems, leveraging the latest technologies and industry best practices.Key Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Build and maintain distributed systems in a cloud environment.
• Implement and optimize AWS networking, compute, storage, and security components (e.g., VPC, Security Groups, NAT Gateway, ALB, ELB, Route53, CloudFront, EKS, Fargate, EC2, IAM, WAF, Global Accelerator, S3).
• Manage multi-cluster Kubernetes deployments, with a preference for multi-region deployments.
• Utilize Terraform to manage infrastructure as code, ensuring adaptability and adherence to best practices.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-related code in a major programming language (e.g., TypeScript, Go, Java, C++, Python).
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.Required Skills
• Extensive experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
• Proficiency in Terraform, with a proven ability to manage evolving infrastructure.
• Strong programming skills in at least one major language (e.g., TypeScript, Go, Java, C++, Python).
• Expertise in building and maintaining distributed systems in a cloud environment.Nice-to-Have Skills
• Kubernetes experience, particularly in managing multi-cluster deployments.
• In-depth knowledge of Istio service mesh.
• Familiarity with Datadog for monitoring and observability.
• Background in FAANG or startup environments.
