Job Description Job Description Minimum Education Requirement : Graduate of an accredited nursing school, BSN preferred—Spanish bilingual preferred. Minimum Experience Requirement : Two (2) years of nursing experience in an oncology setting, including medical or surgical oncology practice, infusion center, radiation oncology, or inpatient oncology unit. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and customer service skills. Minimum License Requirement : California RN License. BLS and ACLS required. PICC Certification within 6 months of hire/transfer. OCN preferred. Ongoing education of 12 cancer related continuing nursing education hours annually.
