Key Responsibilities
Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to
resolve inquiries
Calmly de-escalate issues and escalate interactions when
necessary
Track call-related information for auditing and reporting
purposes
Required Qualifications
Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
6 months of customer service experience preferred
Must be over 18 years of age
High School Graduate or GED
Comfort with desktop computer systems
