contract position is based in Sylmar, CA, offering a dynamic work
schedule that supports experienced OR nurses with specialized
skills in neurospine, crani robotic, total joints, and cardiac
procedures. Candidates will engage in varied shifts that include
early mornings and evenings, as well as weekend rotations, perfect

professionals. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care
in the operating room, specifically supporting surgeries in
neurospine, cranial robotic-assisted, total joint replacement, and
cardiac cases. Participate in weekend and night shifts with on-call
duties that require a 30-minute response time. Collaborate with
surgical teams to ensure patient safety and efficiency during
operations. Maintain strict adherence to infection control
standards and surgical protocols. Support patient preparation and
recovery phases surrounding surgical procedures. Desired
Experience: Registered Nurse licensed to practice in California.
Proven experience in operating room nursing with an emphasis on
neurospine and robotic cranial surgery. Knowledge or experience
with total joint replacements and cardiac surgeries is highly
preferred. Ability to respond promptly when on call during assigned
shifts. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Schedule: 12-hour
shifts including weeknights and weekends. Varied shifts between
0630-1900 and 0900-2130. On-call rotation with the requirement to
respond within 30 minutes. This is a contract role ideal for OR
