Key Responsibilities
Quickly understand, categorize, and diagnose customer requests
through various communication channels
Stay informed on production issues and suggest creative workarounds
for users
Document customer interactions and ensure issues are resolved
through follow-ups
Required Qualifications
Understanding of veterinary terminology and workflows
3+ years of experience in a veterinary hospital
Experience using or installing Instinct EMR
Availability to work overnights and weekends
