A company is looking for a Senior Medical Coding Service
Integrity Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze data to identify root causes of issues and deliver insights
to stakeholders
Design solutions that enhance automation and improve operational
efficiency
Lead projects to improve client outcomes and mentor colleagues
within the team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
CPC and/or CCS certification from AAPC or AHIMA required
3+ years of experience in Medical Coding
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting
to stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
and Agile preferred
