Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Manager to oversee claims
processing and ensure timely completion within the auditing
department.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure claims are completed
timely per client service level agreements
Screen claims and assign expedited/escalated claims to nurses for
review
Access client systems for claim payment information and manage
non-clinical claim inquiries
Required Qualifications
College Graduate - Bachelor's or Associate degree
Minimum of two years' experience in claims processing or payment
integrity
Experience/knowledge of medical records is preferred
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management
skills
Excellent computer skills and ability to motivate others
