Job Description:
A company is looking for a temporary Contracts Manager for its
team for a duration of roughly 8 months.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end contract process for partnership and sales
agreements, including intake, redlining, approvals, and
execution
Draft and revise commercial terms using templates, in coordination
with legal counsel
Coordinate with internal teams to align on contract positions and
approvals, while tracking contracts and maintaining organized
documentation
Required Qualifications
3+ years of contracts management experience, ideally in a tech or
fintech environment
Familiarity with a range of commercial agreements, including
technology integrations and merchant sales contracts
Experience with CLM tools and collaborative document management
Bachelor's degree required; legal training is a plus
A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work
independently
