Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Head of Military &
Government Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the nationwide expansion of VA partnerships and develop
opportunities with DOD, TRICARE, and other government agencies
Build and mentor a high-performing Account Management team to drive
results and scale the VA business
Optimize workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to
enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or
operations
Experience in military, government, or VA-related organizations is
preferred
Proven success in managing external relationships with government
entities or healthcare systems
Strong cross-functional leadership experience in aligning teams to
drive business growth
Deep analytical and financial skills for assessing market
opportunities and driving data-informed decisions
