Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to build
and scale a customer marketing function that turns customers into
advocates and storytellers.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage programs that identify and showcase customer
success stories through case studies and testimonials
Develop scalable programs to deepen customer engagement and drive
loyalty, including reference programs and customer councils
Gather insights to inform product development and marketing
strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, or
related roles, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS
Proven track record of building customer advocacy and reference
programs
Experience managing video, written, and event content pipelines
with cross-functional stakeholders
Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in
fast-paced environments
Empathy and curiosity with a deep appreciation for the customer
journey
