Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Manager to lead the
development and execution of internal compliance strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance and operationalize the compliance program to align with
company operations and regulatory requirements
Create, update, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and
internal controls
Develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration, or a
related field
At least 6 years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk roles
within fintech or financial services
Proven ability to build and enforce compliance programs in dynamic
environments
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as KYC/AML and data
security
Strong judgment and discretion with the ability to translate
compliance requirements into operational steps
