Director.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to manage product management-related
projects and ensure alignment with strategic goals
Oversee P&L management, financial performance analysis, and
continuous improvement efforts
Act as a communication liaison for the VP, ensuring effective
collaboration among team members and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA
mindset preferred
10+ years of experience in product line management, business
development, or related roles
Proven track record in P&L management and strategic
planning
Strong understanding of market dynamics, particularly in data
centers and hyperscale environments
Experience with sustainability initiatives and ESG strategies
