Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Design Program Management
to lead and expand their Design Program Management
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, grow, and manage a team of Design Program Managers to ensure
successful program execution
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to contribute to product
and technology strategy
Define and manage operating rhythms for the Design team, including
business and launch reviews
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in managing Design Program Managers and
leading complex technical initiatives
Bachelor's degree in design, business administration, or a related
field
Deep understanding of the design process for software development,
with experience in ML or AI technologies preferred
Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects
on time and within budget
Knowledge of software development processes and best practices
