Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Control Manager to lead and
supervise a team of analysts monitoring program costs, schedules,
and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor a team of program control analysts, providing
guidance and performance feedback
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports,
including budgets and forecasts for various contract types
Monitor program costs and schedules, identifying potential issues
and developing corrective actions
Required Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and
PowerPoint; experience with Deltek Costpoint and Focus Point
Understanding of program management methodologies and EVMS
standards
Ability to analyze complex data and develop solutions
Knowledge of government regulations related to program
management
