Field Recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Sr Recruiters in a high-volume talent
acquisition environment
Collaborate with business and HR partners to address hiring needs
and initiatives
Conduct full-cycle recruiting for complex roles and enhance the
recruiting experience
Required Qualifications
5 or more years of full cycle recruiting experience
3 or more years of leadership experience managing a Talent
Acquisition team
2 or more years of experience supporting senior leadership
2 or more years of high-volume recruiting experience
Must reside in the central or western US
