Director of Messaging Compliance

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Messaging Strategy, Operations & Compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall messaging strategy including number provisioning, deliverability, channel mix, and global routing
Oversee the Compliance Services team's delivery of compliance audits and onboarding reviews
Define and monitor KPIs across deliverability, provisioning turnaround, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in messaging, compliance, or platform operations within SaaS or telecom
Demonstrated success in building or leading operational and/or compliance teams
Understanding of messaging infrastructure and regulatory standards
Experience working with cross-functional partners such as Legal, Engineering, and Product
Familiarity with international carrier requirements and/or alternative messaging channels is a plus
