Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Provider Data Operations to
oversee team operations and ensure the integrity of provider
data.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and develop team members while monitoring departmental
performance and driving KPI adherence
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvement
initiatives to enhance customer experience
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage
change and mitigate risks effectively
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience leading and developing a team in a
production service-based environment or contact center in
healthcare
3+ years of experience working with teams across multiple locations
and disciplines
3+ years of experience implementing operational excellence as a
manager
3+ years of experience using data to drive decision-making
2+ years of experience applying Lean Six Sigma practices or Green
Belt Certified
