Title: Ecommerce Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid / 3 days onsite)

Ekman Associates is a management consulting firm that specializes in developing business, digital, and technology strategy, delivering solutions, and addressing human resource demands.

Summary:
We are seeking an Ecommerce Manager to help provide quality and vision to our client's website. The main objective is to generate positive revenue growth while upholding the company and brand image. This role requires existing experience in analytical strategy and process improvement.

Responsibilities: Work closely with designer and brand manager to deliver an ecommerce experience that aligns with the organizations vision.
Develop ways to optimize web traffic and increase conversion and revenue.
Analyze site and test data to identify customer pain points and opportunities for refinement, new solutions and growth.
Web upkeep and continuous site development to ensure optimal experience for customers.
Analyze inventory to determine product pushes and updates.
Work closely with logistics and marketing teams to ensure timely product launches on both website and social platform.
Create IG "shopping" and Google "shopping" experiences.
Oversee the management and execution of the website product roadmap informed by data-driven insights.
Prioritize all web projects, business requests, and bugs while providing clear communication on timelines.
Consistent merchandising of the website to ensure fresh content.
Coordinate and assist all ecommerce related photoshoots.
Support customer service with any flagged site bugs by uncovering the root of the issue and finding the best/quickest solution based on the severity.
Create/analyze monthly reports to monitor sites growth.
Add to features page and photoshop images when necessary.
Manage and optimize all product listings and copy.

Qualifications:
--- Minimum 1+ year leadership experience.
--- Minimum 5 years of ecommerce product management experience.
--- Must be proficient in Shopify and Photoshop.
--- strong analytical and data-based experience in driving revenue.
--- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
--- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mentality: willingness to do whatever is necessary to meet goals, and a passion for keeping up with innovations and trends in digital marketing and ecommerce.
--- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
--- A ttention to detail and possess the organizational skills required to manage.
--- Team player: dynamic, flexible, independent, positive and professional.
--- A bility to juggle multiple competing priorities.
--- Work in office at least three (3) days a week.
