Sustainability has always been a priority, and we are committed to making our company operations climate neutral to preserve the beauty of the world around us.Position SummaryThe Associate Brand Manager role is to support the Brand Manager with all Brand marketing activities and developments for the Professional Hair Care Brands. Help develop, create and execute all marketing plans and activities to drive brand awareness and sales growth. Work closely with internal cross functional teams to drive and implement the Brand/Category Key Initiatives, Product Introductions, Promotional Campaigns and Digital Activations. Looking for a self-starter, multi-tasker, great communicator, and over-all team player. Someone who thinks quickly, creatively, and out of the box. Positive personality, no challenge too big attitude and performs with grace under pressure. ResponsibilitiesSupport Brand Manager to develop the strategic brand direction, sales goals and implementation of marketing programsCollaborate on product concepts and new developments, working closely with Brand Manager, NPD, sourcing team, and vendorsPartner with NPD to identify product gaps and opportunitiesCreate impactful and innovative marketing programs, with a comprehensive 360 approachSupport Go-To-Market launch plans for New Products and Key CampaignsHelp create content strategy and manage all Brand assets (Photoshoots, key campaigns, branded assets, new product assets)Analyze brand performance through multiple data sources and proactively develop actionable plans to drive salesSupport with product claims development, as necessary. Including support in claims usage strategy, claims study design and execution (i.e. protocol development, survey creation, coordination with third party agency, etc.)Independently complete consumer and competitive research projects; able to synthesize data, provide digestible insights, and deliver actionable steps to support brand developmentSupport with product testing and evaluations Supports ongoing packaging updates Generate sales-driving ideas and concepts to support key categories and best sellersManage and provide all cross functionals and international partners with the key branding elements and brand style guidesOngoing research business/marketing/ industry trends, analyze trend information and be able to effectively anticipate the next big ideaPresentation of marketing initiatives to key groups, as needed Participate in special events for the organization, as neededProvide ad-hoc support, as neededSalary Description$ 70000.00 - $ 95000.00QualificationsBachelor's Degree in marketing, Business or related field3+ years of Beauty consumer or brand marketing experience required Experience managing vendors and/or sourcing products Experience analyzing data and managing financialsIs a self-starter, able to work independently and take initiativeActively troubleshoot and solve problems with cross-functional teamsWell versed in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Competencies / SkillsStrong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects through strong prioritization and planning Strong communication skills - able to clearly communicate POV and inspire confidence across cross-functional teamAttention to detail with strong analytical acumenStrong problem-solving skillsStrong verbal skillsExcellent project management skillsJPMS is an equal opportunity employer,committed to creating an inclusive and belonging environment for all employees.PI229927194
